Recovering from an Eating Disorder

Hi,
I am new to Fitbit and am looking for friends who are recovering from an eating disorder. I'm
43 yo and have a very long history of disordered eating....restricting and purging (without the binge). I have been doing very well the past few months since I resumed exercising and logging. Of course the ED way of thinking is in the back of my mind.

I am interested in friends who have / are experiencing the same struggles. Feel free to add me 🙂

Hey there @HealthyRecovery! Welcome to the Fitbit Family.Smiley Very Happy

I admire your courage and stength to open up about this disorder, I have found plenty of groups that may be relevant to you, here are some of them:

Also, there is a thread around the boards where other members have discussed Eating Disorders, feel free to share your comments on it. My recovery from anorexia and bulimia

Last but not least, here are some personal recommendations on fighting this battle.

Hope to see you around the forums, take care of yourself! Heart
