I'm not sure if this is where I ask this but, over the last 2 weeks my resting heart rate first dropped and is now steadily increasing even further than my normal resting heart rate. I have a Charge 2 and have never experienced this before. Any one have any insight?

It could be a cold, allergies, alcohol, less sleep, hotter than usual temps, combination of all of these. If you do not feel poorly, out of breath, tired, lethargic, heart racing, shaky, anything out of the norm, than its more than likely your heart is working a little bit harder due to any of the reasons I mentioned and probably ten more that I am not thinking of. However, if you are concerned and none of the things above are an issue, I would call your GP and let him have a listen..

Thank you, I didn't realize all of those things could play a role in RHR. Thanks for the feedback.
