So after several exercises, my Fitbit continually displays a calorie burn much less than my Strava report. For example, I rode 18 miles today and Fitbit shows a calorie burn of 530 while Strava shows 1100+. I do have my Strava linked to my Fitbit, if that means anything. Does anyone know which is more accurate and why the reports are so far off?

It's hard to say without knowing what tracker you have. If you have an HR than it is measuring calories based on how high your HR gets during activity and how long it stays elevated after. If you do not have an HR, than its measuring how many steps you took and using an algorithm to give you an estimate calorie burn. If you are doing an activity where steps are not captured 100%, it is giving you a lower estimate. I don't have any familiarity with how the Strava works, so I unfortunately am less than helpful
