Did you lose anything at all?
I saw results in the first week, it was two pounds. I had two weeks of no weight loss and I realized that my deficit was too high so I changed some things and this past week I've lost 4 lbs. I've been using Fitbit for almost two months and I've lost over 15 lbs now.
How much do you have to lose? I need to lose 20 more lbs and am on the -750 deficit. I wasn't getting enough nutrients on the -1000 deficit so I started eating more and actually lost more. They say that if you have a lot to lose have a higher deficit, but if you only have a little bit to lose, choose a smaller deficit.

Patience is the best things at this time. I had mine for almost 3 weeks and loving it. I am tracking my food in take and making sure I am burning at least almost 2x as much as I eat. If you are doing lots of steps, it may still take a while and you might only see results in your legs.
What kind of workouts have you been doing?
I advise that you do a vary of workouts, some biking, swimming, jogging, maybe a fwe machines and weights at the gym. Let your body move each muscle.
Also try eating 6-7 meals a day every 2-3 hours.
Also try to get in the habbit of looking at your Heart Rate. I heard depending on gender, age, weight, but around 130-150+ is when you are actually burning fat.
Push yourself!!

Your focus should be on the journey. It takes as long as it takes. The idea is developing healthy life style habits and changes in your eating to feel good and you will soon look good. Time goes by so fast, the year is half way over, dont worry about seeing results. If you are walking and eating right, it will come. In the meantime, I suggest keeping a food diary and be sure you are not eating too much. I am an advocate of Weight Watchers, but it is both food intake and exercise, not either/or.

About when do you start seeing results?
I've had my charge hr for a week and have completely done a 180 in my water and food intake and have been doing 10000 to 13000 steps a day just at work alone.
I know I need to be patient, but when did weight loss results start for everyone else?

Straight away, I lost 2 kilos over night! But the first day I was ravenous and didn't go above the calories designated and walked 5 kms.
