Nice reminder. I'm using zero-calorie snacks (coffee, water, tea) through the day. Since I force myself to skip caloric snacks between meals, I must be one of those 'intermittent fasting' nutters 😉

I intentionally don't buy certain snack foods because I know if I do, even if I have the best intentions of portioning it out...I'll just devour the entire thing in one sitting. Like those Veggie Straws? Yeah, I'll eat an entire bag of them and even though they have the name "Veggie" in the title, they aren't any better than Pringles!
At home I hardly ever snack anymore. I may have a small bowl of cereal after dinner to hit my sweet spot, but that's it. At work I struggle with boredom causing hunger. Even though I drink 4-5 cups of hot tea throughout the day, I get hungry inbetween my meals. Because of that, I do bring snacks. I usually have some sort of nuts or something that has high protein. I've tried fruit, but that just leaves me feeling hungrier. I find if I can get up from my desk and be busy, it definitely helps curb the hungry feeling!
