Get a small bag of something some days, take a nice cold crisp apple other days. I don't believe in cutting any one specific food out. I just adjust for it in my daily total.

@DaisyRose1: you didn’t mention what you ate for breakfast and lunch. Eat enough protein and fiber: this should keep you full until dinner time. Also drink a sufficient amount of water.

Maybe, but all I know is I don’t crave anything if I feel full, so I would view eating satiating food as a solution for avoiding cravings.

I never specifically thing of my wants as cravings, but I still have days where I feel like something specifically. I was in the mood for chicken wings the other night, so I just found a better way of making them (and they were good). I'm more of a salty than sweet person. On super busy days at work if I'm low calorie enough I've been known to buy a bag of chips because I like them.
