Starting to feel defeated

Hi all I’m posting on here as I’m in desperate need to help.

ive recently lost 5 stone over a One half year period I have 6lbs left to hit my goal but I can’t for anything get it off no matter what I do I have the Fitbit blaze and track ever workout I use my fitness pal to track every bit of food I do 5-6 days a week lifting weights and 3 days hitt on the treadmill this isn’t me being inpatient I have tried for over three months to lose this last bit. I am currently on 1200 cal per day I don’t snack and I weigh and measure everything. I’ve tried increasing calories I tried workout out twice a day low carb high carb you name it but it’s starting to get to me now I feel so down and am hoping there is someone on here that can shed some light and give me hope that I will get this right . Thank you in advice

Have you checked your body measurements lately? Sometimes the scale doesn't budge but we are losing inches! You've got this!

@amifost92 my two cents for what they are worth. Pause. you have done remarkable things. Your body has cooperated in every way. You both must be exhausted. Take a break and go to maintenance for the next month or two. You will need to learn to eat and move in a non deficit at some point. Do it now. Stay are your current weight. Stop overthinking and stressing. Just let it go and enjoy the way you feel, all the things you can do, the cute things you can wear and when you have mastered maintenance, go back to lose the few pounds you want to. You NEED a break.

What a fantastic achievement. You are certainly a great inspiration to people like me who are at the start of their journey. I have heard that it is often the last few pounds that are the hardest to come off. Maybe it is time to give yourself a break and maintain as another member has suggested. It could be that you just need to let your body breath for a little before you can tackle those last few pounds head on again.
