ANSWERED
I'm not technically fat, more average weight. But I feel fat, and it's kind of depressing. Like I feel like my thighs are too big and that my stomach isn't flat or close to being flat. Someone please help give me motivation or something? I don't know what to do. I just wanna be skinny.

Your profile shows activity for more than 30 days, but I see you still haven’t got any Fitbit friends yet. I would advise you get some. An easy way to do so if you follow discussions on these forums is to check out other people’s profiles and pick up some that have a similar or slightly higher activity level as yours (from a motivational point of view, there’s no point in picking up people averaging 30k steps if your own step count is around 5k).

How old are you? If you are relatively young (as I suspect) and in normal health, you could move a little bit more. Your stomach will not get flat all by itself. You need to get your eating in check and be more active.

being skinny isn't really the answer- getting healthy and fit is. and unfortunately there isn't a magic potion, pill or wand that will make it happen. it takes a lot of work and a lot of dedication. so if you want to change how you look, you have to want to work for it. eat right, exercise and then magic happens.
