Hi everyone! My husband and I just got the Fitbit Flex today and I am hoping this is the answer to my motivation issues. I have had T25 for several months now, but only did it for about a month when I first got it, but definitely saw results. We then moved states and my weight loss slowed. I am back on track and want to make T25 and eating healthy a priority. Anyone else out there who does T25 or wants to start a new T25 Activity group with me? I did one previously when I was doing weight watchers and the moral support from others was good for motivation and accountability. Who's with me?!?
P.S. - I am not a beachbody coach!
