It can be really easy to be fixated on the scale and what number appears when you are losing weight. I know I tend to obsess about what number the scale will read today if I'm not careful. Instead of focusing so much on the weight the scale tells me, each day I try to be mindful of little non scale victories I achieve.
Some of my past non scale victories:
-deadlifting more that what I weigh
-improving my yoga practice and holding poses easily that I used to struggle with
-completing a mile in 17 minutes
I'd love to hear what non scale victories you all have achieved!

Congrats on your non-scale victories! Deadlifting more than what you weigh is pretty awesome!
Here are mine for the past week:
- ran a 5k
- fit into size 10 jeans with a bit of room to spare

I can relate to the yoga practice. I have become more strong as well as more flexible. Still some poses will remain out of reach for me (**ahem** you short hamstrings ), but I am getting further into them.
