The numbers are not looking good, so...

Hello from cloudy Liverpool, having steadily piled on two stone over the past four months (after originally losing seven stone) I figured it time to get moving and as I need motivation (don't we all) and am a little bit obsessive, I thought the FitBit Flex would be an excellent ally. Day one and it's making me move already.

Well done Cate on getting started! For me the way to success (at least for now) is moving more and watching what I am eating, not so much the amount, but the quality of food. I cut out some bad habits, such as drinking Coke and putting sugar in my coffee and I eat more veggies than I used to and less pasta and pizza. I have lost over 6 kg since Nov.6 and am now pretty much at my ideal weight.

I strongly believe that putting "good" calories into my body is the most important life style change for losing weight.
