Time format settings

When I login to my Fitbit.com dashboard and check the logged in weight it shows me the time in the 12hr format. When I check my weight on my iPhone it shows in the 24hr format. I know how to read a 24hr clock, but, would prefer that both my online dashboard and my iPhone dashboard showed the same 12hr time format. Any advice on how to change the settings for my phone? My watch is also set for the 12hr format so I’m at a loss as to why my phone shows the 24hr time format.

Hi @jamiec3320 Have you checked the system setting on your iPhone. My guess is there is a setting there that needs to be changed. This doesn't sounds like a Fitbit setting if the time is correct on your tracker and on your dashboard.

I think the issue is with the software. My dashboard shows a 12hr clock as
well as my iPhone, iPad and my Versa. When I view my weight on my iPhone  or iPad the time listed below the date shows in the 24hr format. I’ve checked the settings on my phone and dashboard and everything is set for the 12hr format so I haven’t a clue why this is happening. Unfortunately I can’t attach screenshots to explain this better.
