I too am finding it difficult to loose weight, but only becuase I have been refusing to eat properly. I wake up every morning, and do quite well with my food intake, until I get home from work. Then all bets are off, and all food is on the plate... :*(
I know what I have to do, I just cannot find the motivation to do it.

When I focus on protein and complex carbs, keep my calorie to under 1400 per day - I lose about 1lb per week. But I have to be very strick about it.

I have been dedicated in eating healthy the last 6 months. I've lost 14 lbs. Its been hard, but if your committed, its a struggle when you look at the scale and you haven't gone down as your peers. I was eating great and doing Zumba 3 days a week, but I sprained my knee. I have not been able to exercise as I was. Losing weight is very hard. My thyroid has been controlled for more over 10 years. I have done weight watchers and I've lost 20lbs. It was great. but economically it was to much for me to continue. I was able to purchase the fitbit in May. Love that it helps keep me on track. Unfortunately, after trying to succeed on healing. I hurt my knee again. I've been walking less than 7, 000 steps a day. I continue eating clean. Yet it is struggle. Physical therapist says I should not strain my knees and continue on strengthening excercises for now.
I'm not a fan of pills. shakes, or teas, just eating cleaning. Does anyone struggle like me?
