WEIGHTLOSS HELP

I've been the same weight for over 5 weeks. literally the scale has not moved. I weigh myself every sunday morning before i eat, and nothing has changed....any suggestions? I'm currently doing insanity so i'm hoping i'm gaining muscle, but i don't know. My diet isn't too bad, but it could be better. But shouldn't i see some sort of change? HELP.

@KatieQueen303: Are you logging your food? Sometimes we don't realize how many calories we're eating if we don't log our food. Try switching up your calorie intake. Try increasing or decreasing your calories daily. If you are not taking in enough, the body can go into starvation mode and you can even start to gain.
Are you measuring yourself when you weigh yourself? If you are losing inches you are doing the right thing and no need to worry, it's probably muscle you are gaining and it weighs more than fat.

You're eating too unhealthily.  You need to work out AND eat healthy to see changes.  Insanity is a high cardio workout.  You shouldn't be gaining much muscle at all.  If you're not skipping any workouts and you're following the eating regiment as outlined in the Insanity guide, you should be losing a lot of weight.  Especially at the beginning.  NO cheating at all!!
