Good Morning everyone! So excited this morn.  I got my Fitbit in November and really slacked off with it, but the past month have hugely committed, making many lifestyle changes.  I am totally watching calories, and joined the gym.  Well the results? In November I weighed 202. I'm now 188. Down 3.5 this week!  It has been a while since I have been in  the 180's.  Its so weird that I now feel like 150 so attainable when before I just always figured I'd never be that again.  I think its been since my sophomore year in high school that I weighed that. I'm 43 now!  Using my job as an excuse to sit on my butt was easy too, but I now go straight from work to the gym so no excuses.  If I come home, I know what will happen...butt on couch!  Anyway, Hope you all have a great day/week.  Looking forward to next weeks weighin!

well i started about 6 weeks ago when i received my fitbit and i was 126 kilos and i this time i have drops 4 kgs i am now 122 kgs YAY go me i dont own decent working scales so i usually weigh myself at the midwife appointment with my partner (gf) which has been every 3 weeks we have 8 weeks to go untill our baby is due so its time to get extreme i wanted to hit atleast 110 before time so im down for this weekly weigh in also add me if you want a new friend 🙂

Hi everyone!

 

This week I hit my next milestone: 90lbs down!

90.8lbs to be precise. For a total current weight of 170.7 lbs.

According to fitbit I now have 13.7 lbs left to go.

I would love to join the weekly weigh in...  I could use the motivation. My first goal is to lose 20 pounds....I purschased the aria scale from Fitbit hoping to track my body fat loss as well. Looking to improve my health vs my size:)

My start weight in Oct 2014 was 125 kg / 275.58 lbs
Last week 104 kg / 229.28 lbs
Current weight 102.8 kg / 226.68 lbs

This week was a good week!

I ran my first 8k. Dropped another 1.4 and have 12 lbs left to go! Cat Very Happy

WOO-HOO!

 

Total weight loss: 92.5

I can't wait for my next two goals:

  1. 10lbs left to go and
  2. 95lbs lost

And oooonnnn we go!

My scale has been frustratingly wonky or my body has been wonky.  I weigh daily.... so I do expect fluctuations but I've been getting really inconsistent data.  Kind of frustrated with my scale..... or my body.  Mind you I can weigh a few times in a row and get weights that vary by 2-3 lbs all within minutes.  And while I don't have the Aria scale, I have one the expensive Withings Smart Body Analyzer scales.  Kind of frustrating.....  so I guess I'm looking for the overall trend rather than specific weigh-ins.  🙂  I'm ready to pull out my old and very basic WW scale.

Hello! I would love to but I usally do Thursday maybe changing it will push me to eat better over the weekends.

HELLO ALL Woman Happy

 

I started my fitbit goal on Feb 17 at weight 163.2 Body Fat 19.2 (not sure how correct the scale I have is with body fat?) 1st week lost 2 pounds 🙂 2nd week wasn't as happy with .4 pound weight loss by current weight is 159.8 body fat is the same. My goal was at least a pound a week to hit my goal weight of 145.

I love my scale... It seem to be consistent as I weigh my self three times in a row and get the same result. I found it simple to setup as well... I also like the fat% I find it motivational and there is no entering my number as it automatically is connected to my Fitbit account

Hi everyone!  I am in on the weigh ins but am currently having an issue losing any weight at all!  I just posted another discussion on ideas to help me lose because I am currently at around an 1100 calorie deficit a day with no results....bummer!  Anyways, I would love to weigh in with you ladies!  A few days ago I was 159.3 and I weigh in on Sundays.

I would love to join the weekly weigh-ins. I weigh myself on Mondays. I just got my fitbit today 3/7 for my birthday. I started my journey heavily toward the end of January. I went to the doctor Dec. 18th and my weight was 221.0. As of this past Monday 3/2 my weight was 209.6 so that is a total loss of 11.4. Slow but steady I guess. Would love if it would come off faster...lol. I am doing Weight Watchers and walking regularly.
