Does anyone have trouble losing weight? How do I start?

Almost everyone has trouble losing weight.  Start simple, reduce portion size. Exercise, whatever that means for you, walking, jumping jacks in your home, whatever, do it for long enough time to get your heart pumping.  If you can get yourself to do that everyday for a few weeks, then you can start looking at what your eating and what exercises will reduce more calories.
