I started my fitbit this week. Last year I put on 40 lbs. Have no idea how it happened. Like I turned around and there it was. lol. I haven't had to worry about my weight in years. But I'm eating healthy and working out every day.
Best AnswerI want to be 40 pounds lighter in June for my daughter's graduation from high school. Currently I do tae bo, arm bands, dance workouts, treadmill and jillian micheals workouts. When the weather is better I will walk outside more often. I have to go on through my pain because I have some joint and back problems. (this sucks!)
My bad points are not wanting to cook. I default to fast food and that is my weakness the most. I need to find a way to prepare foods ahead of time so they are easier to cook and healthier to eat at home. Other things I need to get over are how to deal with stress, get organized, get enough sleep and stay on a schedule.
Any tips are appreciated.
