ANSWERED

When I first set up my weight loss goal, I entered a weight loss goal per week however I would like to change it.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?

On the dashboard there should be an icon on the left side (near the top) that has 3 lines through it.  Click that and see if there are any additional tiles available to add.  Also, are you using the old dashboard or the new tile based one?

Thank you for responding.  I do not see the tile for Calories in Vs Calories out.  Where do I go to see it?

I have a question about weight loss goals... I have recorded my total weight loss goal , however I feel like I should record the goal month to month, so I will not get discouraged. Can anyone recommend which way works best for them?

@noreenk

Here's what's working for me.

I decided to use just two weight loss goals for myself. The first is 43 pounds, from 228 down to 185. When I hit that one, or shortly before, I'll decide how much farther I want to go based on how I look and feel at 185. I use the weight loss chart to keep myself motivated; I love seeing that sloping line get closer to my goal each month, and I think if I changed my goal frequently I'd miss out on that motivator.

I also created a Google Spreadsheet where I included a sloping line for my 1 pound per week target. At this point I'm six weeks ahead of target and that's the chart that really makes me feel good. 🙂
