If that would put you at your goal weight....it maybe a bit hard....especially if you do it healthy. I guess it depends how tall you are....you may end up losing some fat (good) and more muscle (very bad). That could set you up for more weight gain as soon as you stop watching what you eat and not excerising as much. Good Luck
Best AnswerUnless you have a lot of weight to lose (like 50 lbs or more), I think healthy weight loss is 1/2 - 1 lb per week. It is only 6 weeks till 8/20, so that goal may be a bit too high.
I find in the short term that strength training (defined arms & legs and a strong core) helps me to "look" slimmer, even if I haven't lost that much weight yet.
