Now I am well I find it so challenging to get started. I feel so much off of track. I went form walk 12 miles a day to barelly nothing now. I am staring prepackaged foods weightslim Friday. I never done that before. Anyone els doinf prepackages meals too? or have tried any? Any ideas?
Thanks

Packaged foods tend to be very high in sugar and salt, and very low in real nutrition. Try high Complex Carbohydrates (fruit, vegetables, legumes) as close to nature as possible and as little processing as possible, and low Protien and Fat. The exercise part is easy - start slow, and progress as capable.

hi im also looking at losing a lot of weight, i tend to also keep away from packaged food ( only occasionally have some im not made of stone) try sticking to lean meats, fruits, vegies and nuts. i have been using this for a month or so and found that having friends would really make you do the few xtra steps. feel free to find yourself a small group of friends. it makes it more exciting and interesting.

Well I mean no matter what I have tried food wise on my own. I still go off the band wagon. I am trying Wonderslim. I feel having some perpackaged and protein packed bars will help me. It also lets your outside of the plan for dinner if you want and give syou a list of food that you can eat. I think this will help me greatly.

Some people are critical of pre-packaged meals because there's such a economic force behind them that they sound evil. The reality is this: it can help people lose weight but in the long run they don't help you make right decisions.
So there is nothing wrong with them and I think if you're the type that likes to know what you can eat in a pre-packaged meal, than it can work well for you if you stick to them and not eat anything else.
However I wouldn't recommend it simply because after going off of them it is very easy to gain the weight back.
Dieting should be a time where we all begin to learn the right steps to take in our daily lives that can last a life time. We should pickup good habits and hold on to them for a lifetime of healthy eating. It's alright to splurge every now and then (when the weight is off) but on a daily basis we should be eating the right things to maintain that weight.
One thing that stuck with me is something I read online, basically the saying goes "Eat as you would when you reach that weight goal". So for me to maintain my goal weight (lets say for me as a 24 year old male with a goal weight of 190lbs and 10% body fat) I would need to eat no more than 1900 calories a day. If I eat 1900 calories a day my body will slim down until I get there and once I'm there I continue eating 1900 calories and I will maintain that weight. If I start eating more I will gain the weight back just as fast.
The macronutrients are of course important. Studies now show that a calorie is not just a calorie. Carbs are much more easily converted into Fat followed by Protein and then Fat itself. So the irony is Fat doesn't make you Fat, because your body breaks down the fat into Glycerol and Fatty Acids which the body needs for other functions. Carbs go straight to fat if you are not burning them through daily exercise. This is why I advocate for a low-carb diet, because it's easier to maintain for life and gets rid of a lot of other disease possibilities like Diabetes.
You may want to start on pre-packaged meals and slowly transition into a healthy diet as you read more and learn about healthy living (as well should be doing not just you of course!).
