I think many of us have gained a little weight, particularly during these last few months! Don't forget to track your food trough a Food Plan and set a weight goal so you can commit to it.

I dunno what will work for you, only what has worked for me since getting my Fitbit. The idea is to take things really slowly and gradually build up. Log everything that passes your lips into your app and start off, initially, with just a couple of laps of the downstairs of your home. Set your steps target to the minimum and aim for getting 3 purple blobs in the 250 steps an hour bit a day. Reduce your portion sizes, drink more liquid and log it in your app.
I've lost 12kg since getting my Fitbit at the end of September last year and I'm disabled, so if I can do it then you should be able to as well, hopefully!
