Weight plateau

Have hit a weight plateau where I have not been able to drop more pounds. Counted calories, increased movement, changed diet, interment fasting, etc. I get frustrated that the scale stays the same.

I can't say if this is the case for you, but sometimes the body starts retaining more water for a while, even though one might still be losing body fat.  In those cases, just keep up what has been working, and eventually the water balance will straighten itself out and you will once again continue to see the loss on scales.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the reply. Am taking water pills prescribed from my doctor at the VA to help with elimination of fluids.
