Hi there,
A little over a month ago I decided to change my life for the better, and in doing so I have lost almost 20 pounds since. This has been a great challenge for me through everyday life. However, I am going to Florida for the month of February and I am a little concerned as to how I am going to maintain my healthy lifestyle. Just a little bit intimidated. Could anyone share some suggestions and tips as to how I can still see the scale numbers go down instead of up over vacation?
Thank you! 🙂

When we vacation. We make sure to buy stuff for Breakfast and lunch.
If the place has a Kitchen we also will get Dinner.
We do go out sometimes. Most all resturants put the Nutritional Information on thier sites. Or they have a 500 calories or less Menu.
So it really is pretty easy to stay on track. Just Plan Better![]()
Congrats on your loss so far!
