What is a resonable daily calories burned target number for a 29 year old female 95kg?

Rather than setting a goal of calories burned, you should be setting a goal for a calorie deficit. That is, aim to eat a certain amount of calories less than you burn. 

 

As a guide, if you eat 500 calories less each day than you burn you should lose around 1 pound per week when averaged over the medium term.
