I'm using the FitBit One for weight loss. I started out a month a go on the "Harder" plan and was doing great averaging a bit more than 2 pounds a week for the plan. Then this week, it just stopped. In fact, I gained this week. 😞 It's not that time of the month. I haven't changed my fitness routine. As I'm really motivated, I'm still religiously weighing and measuring every little bite. What happened and how do I fix it??

If you are exercising you have probably gained some muscle. 🙂 I haven't lost this week either but I did lose a total of 3.75 inches. So you may need to take measurements and track those to see results. I hope this helps!!

Its a temporary thing....... probably you are gaining a bit of muscle, and/or retaining water (common after a hard workout or two).

I say continue to be honest about your food intake. Keep drinking lots of water. Keep exercising but try to change the workout to confuse the muscles so they respond again. It is NORMAL to plateau occasionally, but stay the course, it's worth it !!!
