Hey. I’m trying to figure out my TDEE but I have no clue on my activity level. I walk approx 12,000 steps a day (brisk) but I don’t exercise as my knee is playing up. Most TDEE calculators have the option of sedentary, lightly active, moderately active, active etc. Any suggestions?

I would say 12k steps would put you somewhere between light and moderate. How does that compare to your Fitbit’s estimate (calories burned during the day)?
