Which do you choose and why?
I fluctuate between both, some weeks I feel personalize works and other sedentary. I just switched back to sedentary because I was feeling I wasn't able to eat all the calories I gave myself (1800). I'm old school w.w's though, so keeping count of my food intake is important, so sometimes I feel that the sedentary option isn't giving me much in the way of calorie consumption because I can't always get up and get in activity.

I've been doing CICO for awhile and I'm LOVING how Sedentary keeps me accountable. I get the earn my food through the day via activity. My main focus is to keep my calorie deficit in place for loss and/or maintenance and this setting helps me achieve that.
Some may say it starts too low, or I can't eat until I earn...and those mindsets are failure. If you're moving, you'll earn what you need to lose/maintain. I tried personalized and when it shows I'm over eating as of the next day, that's defeating to me.
In the end, use what works for you....for me, I like to earn my food and know I'm always in my proper deficit...and the scale agrees weekly. 🙂
