So what on earth is wrong with the food plan? I set it to kinda hard which means it's -750 calories per day. So then I look at the dash board, its saying i can still eat 751 calories today. And then when I look at the calorie in/out metre it says 1087in-1867out. The gauge says that I'm under my goal, but how would I be any where near -750 calories which my foodplan says if i ate another 751 calories today. It would be up to 1838?
Please help me understand this bizare app

Its about the deficit you have! so the more calories you burn the more you are allowed. For example mine is set to reach a 1000 calorie deficit. So if I Burn 2000 calories I will be allowed to eat 1000. The beginning number is a guidline before you start burning things off through extra activity like steps, so the amount to get the deficit when all you are burning is just through living. And then the steps, which it cannot predict, go up meaning you have more calories to play wih. Does this make sense? x

As long as it's good and clean eating. You can have some substitutions to avoid overeating and gaining pounds. Egg Whites is my recommendation. low cals high protein.

I know this is old but incase anyone searches for it, it's because you're going to keep burning calories right up until midnight. The deficit is taking those into account, not just the ones you already burned.
