Where do I find out on the dashboard/website how many steps to take to loose weight per day?

Because everyone burns different number of calories based on stride length, weight, etc you will need to grab several numbers from the dashboard to come up with your numbers, and even those won't be exact... but!...
If you compare 2 days of steps and calories burned you should be able to get an idea.
Look at a day where you took more steps than usual and do the following
Subtract the lower steps day from the high steps days. This gives you the difference in steps.
Subtract the lower calorie day from the high calorie day. This gives you the extra calories burned.
Divide the calories burned by the steps taken to determine the number of calories burned per step.
3500 calories in a pound. So divide 3500 by your final figure and you will know how many extra steps you need to take to lose 1 pound. I've done a simple example below.
Day 1 Steps/Calories - 10,000/3000
Day 2 Steps Calories - 15,000/3300
Day 2 Steps - Day 1 Steps (High - lower)
15,000 - 10,000 = 5,000 Steps
Day 2 Calories - Day 1 Calories (Higher - lower)
3,300 - 3,000 = 300 Calories extra burned
300 Calories / 5,000 Steps = .06 calories burned per step.
3,500 calories (1 pound) / .06 calories per step = 58,333 steps to burn 1 pound of energy.
Hope that helps!
