Best AnswerI would guess maybe you're losing fat, but gaining some muscle? (which weighs more than fat). Try taking some baseline body measurements with a measuring tape and start comparing those as well.

The tape measure is the best measure of your success as @pandaluvart posted when you first start using the Fitbit. We all have periods of weight gain as our new "life body:" adjusts, even me at 74... When you see my weight loss graph you will see where I had spurts of weight gain. But a year ago my measure was size 42" to 36" jeans.. Stage one of my weight loss. Still another 10lb to go.
Best AnswerThanks I will do that because if I keep getting on that scale I'm going to be in trouble.
