Best AnswerNot to forget mental discipline. Hardest part with many is to concentrate on how to lose weight. Avoiding bad mistakes like I do once a week with a bag of peanuts. Gotta cut out the guilty pleasure and get on track 24/7/365.
This week May 30 I substituted the Peanuts for Egg Whites and a Microwave Dish. This kept my body fat down which usually scores 20% and gain 10 lbs. I had better progression with whites versus peanuts.
