I have set my goal to medium and it says I should have a 500 calorie deficit.....I am not sure if I have to manage this or if fitbit does it for me. At the beginning of the day it tells you how many calories you can eat.....does this take into account the 500 deficit or do I have to watch that all day and ensure I have 500 calories left at the end of the day?
