Hi, When I'm walking in place/jogging in place, mindlessly, as I read my homework, the fitbit dashboard says that I'm doing very intense activity, although, I don't feel like I am.
When I do the YouTube cardio workout, the fitbit shows only light activity, but I am sweating.
Now, I know that movement is movement is movement... (It's all good, right?!) But, I wondered if one is better/more efficient than the other. Please explain.....
