Change up your routine. Change foods. Go high protein for a couple days. Do some weights. Low weight. More repitition. I have been told your body gets accustomed to your style. Change it up for a few days. See how that helps.

log everything you eat as accurately as you can to make sure you really are eating 1200 cals and not more.

Our bodies are designed to retain fat for as long as possible -- its precious and lets us survive famine. If you maintain a negative energy balance you will eventually start to loose weight. But, it may take some time before your body starts to let go of its precious reserves. You might be able to accelerate the process by - as someone else suggested - changing up your diet and exercise regime. For example, are you sure you are not eating too many carbs, or have a high salt intake? Both would cause you to retain water and mask any 'real' weight loss.

i've had to really pay attention to calorie breakdown (carbs, fat, protein) and make a few adjustments to keep everything in check. 1200 cals is not a lot of food, but payin attention to whats in those 1200 will prob pay dividends ( i actually use the myfitnesspal app for tracking food ).
Keep up the 10k+! You might also try to do some intervals when walking! Warm up with a normal 5/10 min walk and after that, its 1min walkin as fast as you can, 1 minute walkin normal, repeat the 1min on, 1min off till u drop (or 10k steps!! ) 🙂 Its a simplier version of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which can be done with biking, running...
Dont get discouraged! Things dont happen overnight!
