I wear my fitbit daily and keep track of steps. Goal is 10,000 or more. Today it says 9586 steps. So I took my dog for a walk. Fitbit has not moved at all. I have never seen that before. I have had my fitbit for about two years. Do you think I need to replace this one?

Best AnswerIt is possible that your Fitbit has seen better days, but be sure to contact Customer Support before replacing it. Fitbit has some of the best customer service I've ever seen!
Best AnswerSometimes a good restart solves many problems. Follow the procedure and do it three times to ensure it's done. click Give that a try first, it often keeps the devices working a bit longer.
On that link, click on your device. You didn't mention which one you had.
