If mentally I know what my 0 weight loss or gain number is and I know that if I stay underneath it I will lose weight, what is left? Finding foods, diets and exercise that fit me and my spiritual program.
I ate a lot of food early yesterday so I found myself at 6pm at my o weight loss or gain number. I had a stressful day and wanted to eat. Since I know my number and I also know my averages(what I ate and did over different time frames) I am able to eat over that number and still be in my weight loss zone. It give me flexibility in my program. The rest is dependent on my spiritual fitness . For me it is asking God for help not eating when I am not hungry. Without this I will eat and gain weight. Find what spiritual exercises work for you.

@robbackatya Staying busy or keeping my mind occupied helps me not to think about food, too.
You are stronger than you realize. Never give up.
