trying lose weight after operation

hey guys ,

i just had my gallbladder taken out 5 months and its so hard to lose weight , i need tips , i do loads exrices im in irish dancing once a week , swimming every sunday , im working in amainal shelter 3days aweek ,  any one can help thanks!

That shouldn't effect ability to lose weight, except for fact you have a more stressed body depending on what you eat.

 

Of course, more stress isn't good for weight loss.

Diet is a stress, frequent intense exercise is a stress.

 

How much to lose, and how big a deficit are you taking?

 

And do you manually correct Fitbit for those activities that are not step based, like swimming, so you can correctly eat less than you burn?

 

And how long have you been dieting in total, even if before the Fitbit?
