Hi, my name is Katie Queen, and I was wondering if anyone is currently using any herbalife products such as the formula one meal replacement shake? I drank them once a day back in july and ended up losing 8 pounds and 13 inches within four weeks. I was also doing Insanity everyday and that really helped as well. I am jumping back on the herbalife train and would love to hear feedback from anyone who has lost weight while using the herbalife products.

I was very successful with Herbalife shakes. They taste good and is very filling. I had lost about 20 lbs on them but gained the weight back when I had a hysterectomy. I have not started back on the shakes yet but plan to.

As long as you don't read the headlines of today:
"Top Herbalife salesman admitted 'deception,' high failure rate" seems to be the top news.

Good afternoon,
I have used Herbalife in the past.
I don't mind it. I did feel better using but the cost and time involved have swayed me away. Although I have thought about boarding that train again as well.
Best of luck to you!
Chris

Hey there @KatieQueen303 ! Here are my 2 cents on this:
Usually pills + shakes combinations are not sustainable; usually working with real food is the best way. This way you'll be more accountable on your intake and overall progress.
I believe in the proper management of a caloric budget to achieve your goals. Follow your food plan as a guide and make sure you write down your meals as soon as you are about to get them; this will prevent the moment where you are holding your food log and remembering how much you ate and underestimating amounts. I have a tiny notebook where I write down the meals and their weight, so when I'm ready to write them down, they are accurate.
Get a food scale and measure everything. Increase your water intake and find different sources or variations for the meals you love that won't take a hit on your caloric budget.
Have a rest day! Enjoy your food and don't miss out on the opportunity to eat different.
Good luck!

HI KaiteQueen, my name is Tina. I am new to the Fitbit world I received mine at Christmas from my husband. So far its pretty good. I seen your post about you loosing weight and inches....and going to come back congrats!!!!
I have been using Herbalife products for about 5yrs and have lost over 50lbs.....I love how easy it is to make a shake when I'm in a hurry to get my kids out the door for school.
I'm looking for other people that are on/with Herbalife that I could connect with and maybe join in to do some fun challenges.
I did add you as a friend, hope thats ok.
Tina

Hey Fuego, not sure if you got more info on what you were asking. I have been with/on Herbalife for 5yrs. I have lost over 50lbs and I feel amazing. Depending on how your energy is throughout the day. Just cause there is so much out for products, I would start off with 1 shake a day then you can always add more products to what works best for you.
If your interested I can hep you get products and figure out what would for you.
