Does anyone really really know that when i log a shrimp taco, what that includes?  shell and shrimp, or shell, shrimp, cheese and salsa

This all depends on which listing you select. GENERIC means it's a typical taco. It would definitely include the shell, but unless it knows how your taco is made, it won't be certain. If it displays a restaurant name, that's what it includes. Unless you know every weight of each ingredient, you'll never be 100% accurate, but you'll come close.

I'm an ecommerce and online business consultant who sits most of the day. Getting off my butt with a Fitbit Flex since 12/2014.
