Hi,
Could you be a bit more specific .... do you mean feeling more energetic throughout the day, or at a certain time (morning, mid-afternoon)....?

#1, get a good nights sleep
#2, work out (but don't over do it)
#3, eat nutritious food
Sleep is critical... if you don't sleep enough, you'll not rest and allow your body to do what it needs to do.

Sleep is very important. It effects energy levels, your attitude, eating decisions.
Also have some kind of motivation. If your wantint to loose weight then maybe keep a picture of someone you may want to look like.g
