Seriously, it does. You can use the US RDA, the European equivalent, the advice from a random internet health blogger or your doctor. And it still depends.
Me? I need a certain level of magnesium or I get migraines. That amount gives other people the runs.
Due to my genes, I don't process A, B or Folate well (in different ways). So that's different. I have to be aware of too much folate, which is probably lower what most people should have, but I need more A and B.
So I know what you're asking, but even if you have the numbers and everyone could agree on them (which they won't) it still wouldn't apply to you.
I know but i asked min and max limit. recomended daily intake is depends of life style. But some vitamins are can be big problem like vitamin A . We cant absorb or throw when it's more than enough. But we can vitamin C . So i have to know the limit A ...
