I use My Fitness Pal app on my iphone which talks with my fitbit fless and does a terrifd job of tracking all nutritional components. I actually encourage my patients with smart phone to down load it because of the accuracy 9ni tracking nutirition.

I used MFP for awhile but did not like it much.  Does anyone have an answer to the question asked, rather than just a recommendation for a different website?

They actually prevent you from tracking sugar with the Fitbit - because of the SUGAR LOBBY.

They threatened Fitbit and that is why we cant track Sugar. Fitbit is part of the unhealthy comporate machine.

Its the Corn and Sugar lobby.

You can track anything you want to track. Just go to the dashboard, then to log, and then add a custom tracker.

I can't find that feature on the log page (Add a custom tracker). Do you have to have a Premium account?

Hi @Chantal25.  This is an very old thread so there is no telling what @GarudaGirl, who has not posted since 2015, is talking about.  As it happens, I do have a premium account at least until this September.  The food report on the desktop gives me sugar grams by meal and daily.  This info is not available on the phone app.

I've linked my account to MyFitnessPal and I enter my food on the MFP app on my iPhone.  I pay for the premium version of MFP and it has all kinds of useful information and it integrates with Fitbit really well, so for me that is the solution.

Hope that helps.
