my weight loss chart goes from a weight of 0 to 23 stones so basically look like a straight line what ever i do, how do i change it?

I assume you mean the one here on the site? I don't think there is a way to change the axes. The only thing you could do is transfer your data to Excel or another graphing program and make your own axes.
