weight watchers sync to fitbit

I read a press release that WW and fitbit can sync.  I  added fit bit as a device on WW however I am having trouble getting it to log my points and can't find instructions on either WW site or Fitbit site?  Any suggestions.

My experience for several days was that it was wonky - sometimes logged APs, sometimes removed them - I just decided to go back to manually adding steps.

Hey MBS214, when I frist synced WW and fitbit it worked properly, but one day it didnot give me my activity points. So, I refreshed the WW app itself and it worked try that here are the step 1. go to menu and hit general 2. go to setting and then hit refresh. This worked before but as of late it has not worked for me and I haven't seen activity points since saturday. if it doesnot work I would contact WW regarding it and I will be doing the same.

My Fitbit One stopped syncing with Weight Watchers on October 10th.  I will try unsyncing and then sync again.

I have the FitBit Charge HR and I love it.  I was so excited to link it to my Weight Watchers account thinging it would automatically capture all my activity points however the only thing it tracks is what I manually log on the Fitbit site. I contacted WW and they said it wouldn't track/sync until I reached my Fitbit goals. So I asked should I set my goals at 0 so it will track all my activities? She told me I should contact Fitbit. I guess I need to read more to figure this out but, it's very confusing.

@Nicole5983  You have to reach a certain amout of steps before you will receive AP for it. Mine is 5000

It should pull over steps and what ever you manually log on the fitbit site

I do not enter my food here.

It will never sync food. Points are different than Calories

Dont you ever wish you could see how many calories you take in?  Fitbit already tells you how many you expend...  Also, nutrional information could always be calculated into Points..which is what FitBit already collects(not just calories..i think!)

I hope I get a reply here.

I have a Fitbit Surge that integrated perfectly with Weight Watchers till this past Thursday. Suddenly, I haven't gotten a single Activity Point whereas I got 5 points for about the same amount of activity on Wednesday.

Is anyone else having this problem? and, if so what is the fix?

Thanks

Sometime unlinking them and re-linking helps. But you need to contact WW about it

I have been unable to sync my Fitbit One and Weight Watchers.  Online support at WW said Fitbit is down.  Does anyone know anything about this?

Fitbit itself WAS down on Thursday, but that seems all resolved now with the exception of WW.

I contacted WW and all I got was some idiotic advice about rebooting my computer and deleting cookies. My Fitbit is connecting fine with the Fitbit site and MyFitnessPal. It seems like WW refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem there despite many people in the forums all reporting the same difficulty.

I finally got the hang of my One and WW. The One records Fitbit activity points only. That's okay with me. I was expecting more, but, I understand it now. My daughter records her food on Fitbit and WW and watches her calorie vs activity intake, but, I record my food on WW only. I have found the One to be great incentive to continue exercising. This did surprise me. I couldn't understand how this little device could inspire me, but it does! after two weeks of owning it, I am walking over 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week and record all of my other activites in WW. Went fishing yesterday and got activity points. YAY!!!

I am not going to enter my food in 2 places.  That's nuts.  Like most people here, I imagine, I have a job and a family.  I am entering food into WW and will not also enter in into fitbit.
