when you see the results of a day with high calorie input

afther a day that i eat to much the weight don't go up, buth 2 a 3 day's later, normal days with min calories, the weight go up.

whats the time that de food (calories) need to result in +grams

Depending on what you eat, it takes about two days (48 hrs.) for food to pass through your body.

If you eat meat, then it can take twice as long. You are collecting the food (and the weight) in your

stomach for several days. Your current weight is affected by what you have eaten recently.

I've met similar issue, that extra grams come not right away - about 2-3 days later after eating something unhealthy.
