Actually that's not why my RHR increased

I'd appreciate it if Fitbit didn't give me a "tip" telling me that my resting heart rate increased because I wasn't active last week when the actuality is that I wasn't active due to fatigue *due to ovulation* and my RHR *also* increased *due to ovulation*. Correlation is not always causation. And maybe it would be good not to make assumptions about a woman's health based on data collected about the health of men.
