I like to use the female health tracker to track my mental health, and how it correlates with my period and other physical symptoms throughout the month. For over a month now, this feature keeps crashing on the app everytime I try to use it and it won't let me view the "trends" section at all.
Anyone else experience this issue or know how to fix it?

Hi @jayneduncan. Welcome on board.
Thanks for the information provided, as well for sharing that you don't have the option to add any other information. This sounds odd, and I'd recommend to try the following steps:
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Then, go back to the previous screen, tap on “Force stop” and reboot your phone.
If you're on Android device, make sure you've updated your app to version 3.0. This app version should resolve the app crash some of you were experiencing when clicking on the Female health tile.
On the other hand, if you're using iOS, we're sorry to hear you're all experiencing an app crash or the app freezing up when trying to access the Female health tile. This appears to have started on the latest iOS app update 3.1.
We've escalated this issue to our developers and will keep you up to date when we receive more information for a fix.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you in the meantime.

Thank you for your help, but it still isn't working. I followed all of these steps, and the issues still wasn't resolved. Then I tried to uninstall and re-install the app, but that didn't help either.

It's 8/7/19 and I'm still having this issue. It won't log symptoms, and deletes my data after I've been logged out of the app. It's not crashing, but still not working. I have an Android device and it seems ever since the v3.0 update this has been an a going issue. It's getting tiresome having to relog a bunch of data what seems like every month.

It's happening to my LG K30 also. When I try to open the fht tile, it freezes then force closes the whole app. Thanks for the update! Hope it gets figured out soon.

I am also having issues with the Fitbit app crashing whenever I try to open the Female Health tracker.
I see that there has been advice to ensure that the app is up-to-date. My problems STARTED with version 3.2. I have tried all of the steps suggested with deleting the cache etc. which also has not worked. Like many ladies on here, I have been using this app to track a health issue, and am now struggling with what I am going to say to the consultant when I see them in a month if all of my data is lost.

Mine started right when I updated the app too!

Well I updated my app today.. It's worse than it was before, all of my tracked into is gone all of my previous logged periods are gone after today's update. (My periods were the only thing that we're still saved until today's update.) Uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even open the female tracking tab. I've never had issues with my app until last month.

Extremely disappointed - when is a fix coming? Expect better... How can data not be saving?

Fitbit did an update to version 3.3 and now I don't have my FHT on my phone or on my desktop version. I can still see it on my charge 3 but I can't log anything or see past logs. Is this still an issue that is outstanding?? I don't want to log out and log in if the app crashes,c which is a common complaint I i see in the community. At least mine has been working other than this issue. Help??

Updated my app again today my previous periods are back! It doesn't seem to be crashing right now either. I'm still missing my previously logged details, are those going to come back? Or is it just gone?

I've used the app to track my periods and such since it came out, this is the first time I have ever had any issues with it and when I ask if the previously logged details will be back no one seems to answer that question..? I'm really hoping it comes back it was useful to have.
EDIT: I spoke too soon. My app is back to crashing when I open the FHT.
