When editing my periods, it won’t let me choose the day my peeiod actually starts. When i try to change it, it will only stay on the apps predicted start day. Help please!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Tanna1003, it's nice to have a new member here! If a period doesn’t meet the following requirements, you may receive an error and be unable to log the period:
Note that If you attempt to log a period in the future or a period with less than a one-day gap between periods, the pencil icon is unavailable. If you don’t see the pencil icon, make sure the period you’re attempting to log or edit meets all of the requirements.
My sister had a similar issue, her period was 2 days late this month. For her the current day and all future dates all had a grey pencil and could not be edited. Well, she tapped on yesterday's date which had a black pencil so she was able to edit the period like that.
So, tap on a day that has already passed, where there is a black pencil, then edit your period.
Hope this helps, let me know the outcome!

Thanks for getting back @Tanna1003! Did you try the last part I shared with you in my previous post?

If so, can you please send me screenshots showing what you're getting when trying to do that or when trying to edit your periods?
Looking forward to you reply!

I am having a similar problem with editing my period start date. I can edit successfully for any day other than a Sunday. I am unable to drag the icon past a Sunday to the following line and so it looks as if all my periods start on a Sunday and therefore the predictions are inaccurate. Please advise how I can drag the bar from a Sunday to the following day. Many thanks, careyread.

I am unsure as to how to send a screenshot. Fitbit is stating that my period started yesterday (Sunday 24th March) whereas in fact I am still waiting for it. I am tapping on yesterday and the black pencil is arriving. However, when I try to drag the bar down to the next line (Monday 25th) it will not move. I encountered the same problem last month. This is not an issue with any other day of the month as I am able to drag the icon accordingly. However, there seems to be an issue with dragging it down to the next line - it just won't budge. Thank you
