Editing start of period

I have seen similar queries but I know how to edit my period but my prediction is that it starts on a Sunday. However it arrived on Monday. I can get the edit activated but can’t pull the date from Sunday to Monday as it is on the line below and it doesn’t  move down to the following day on the next line. How do I solve this? Thanks

Hello @MRid, thanks for stopping by!

My sister had a similar issue, her period was a day early this month. For her the current day and all future dates all had a grey pencil and could not be edited. Well, she tapped on yesterday's date which had a black pencil so she was able to edit the period like that.

So, tap on a day that has already passed, where there is a black pencil, then edit your period.

Give that a go and let me know the outcome!

unfortunately that didn’t work. It won’t let me swipe to the day in the week below I.e from the Sunday to Monday.

looking at some other messages I can see other people have had similar issues and it doesn’t seem to have resolved.

Thanks

Hi @MRid, thanks for coming back and for trying the suggestions I've provided above.

Please try the following steps:

  • Go into Advanced settings
  • Change the day the week starts
  • Go back to Female Health and edit the days by dragging
  • Save the edited period
  • Go back into Advanced settings and change the day the week starts back again

I know that this is not the ideal since it should be working with these steps, but I'd like to confirm with you if this is working in all scenarios. Rest assure that we're taking your comments very seriously and sharing this information to our team.
