Cycle predictions are not showing correctly

I'm on the mini pill and my cycle is 28 days exactly because of it. My app randomly started doing a 54 day cycle and won't change back to 28 days. I've done everything and nothing is working. I really need this especially for the fertility tracker.

Welcome on board @lk27k! Thanks for already trying to solve the issue about your cycle predictions not showing correctly. Please try the following steps:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Once you've done that, try going to Settings in the top right corner. It should bring up the option to remove "predictions". Turn it off, set cycle length again then turn predictions back on.

I'll be around, keep me in the loop!
